Ghostbusters, Nintendo, Michael Jackson, Back to the Future, MTV, Miami Vice, Cabbage Patch Kids, Madonna! The 80’s was the greatest decade of all time and the Class of ’84 was the most ICONIC to ever walk the halls of Memorial High School! It’s been 40 years since we donned our cap and gown, hung out in the North-Forty, bolted to get Bueno and honked our horns to show Charger Pride! Time to get together and relive those memories.
Mark your calendars for the BEST Reunion Celebration in the 918, September 13-14. It will be a totally awesome weekend YOU won’t want to miss packed full of old friends and bodacious memories from the 80’s. It is guaranteed to be a two-night ‘Thriller’ in T-Town, so pack your leg warmers, shoulder pads, Atari and acid-washed jeans. The time is NOW to spread the word and encourage classmates to join the ‘A-Team’ in September to reminisce and celebrate MHS moments from the past!
Don’t worry, cost is minimal ($84 per person), no tubular ticket price for this rad-Reunion! Registration is required for Friday and Saturday events, so make sure and share the https://tulsamemorial1984.com website and MHS ’84 Eventbrite registration link with classmates ASAP to encourage attendance. Also, please review the ‘In Memoriam’ section of the website to help the Reunion Committee verify accurate information.
We will be updating the website continuously, so visit often to check-out details and (if needed) ask questions on the Reunion email: tulsamhsclassof1984@gmail.com. There is more to share in the coming weeks, but take a look at the current schedule:

⭐️MHS FOUNDATION INFORMATION⭐️
The Charger Pride Scholarship Foundation was established in 2014 to aid students of Tulsa Memorial High School in the pursuit of their post-secondary education through the awarding of scholarships and other assistance directly related to enrollment and success in higher education or career training. As of 2024, the Foundation has awarded $273,750 in scholarships to 162 Memorial students. Almost all of that has been scholarships for college-bound students, but some has also gone to students who enrolled in career-training programs. Beginning in 2021, the foundation began sponsoring numerous multi-year scholarships to students and we are excited about that! Nearly all of the scholarships have been funded by alumni of Tulsa Memorial. Currently, alumni from 24 different classes have generously donated to the foundation and are changing the lives of Memorial students.
Won’t you join us in helping these students achieve their dreams of post-secondary education? Many are first generation college students and some have struggled with challenges at home. The demographics of Memorial are quite different from when we attended and we aspire to help these students as they continue their education. You can find out more information and give on our website: www.chargerpride.org. We currently have a fundraising campaign called Chargers Helping Chargers that is a 5-year pledge campaign and our site also has the capability of scheduling recurring payments to make it easier for our donors. We also accept one-time donations either online or by check. Thank you for your consideration!
